Program description

Grand Master Chung Tae Kwon Do replies to your class question and helps arrange a trial class or callback if you ask for one. The school owner reviews and approves each reply before it is sent. This texting service does not send marketing, promotions, reminders, or ongoing notifications.

Eligibility and consent

This texting service is for adults using a mobile number they are authorized to use. You choose to text the school first. A website inquiry or missed call alone does not give the school permission to text you. Sending a question or replying START does not sign you up for promotions or ongoing notifications. Texting is optional and is not a condition of buying classes, booking, enrolling, or receiving school services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for pricing and limits.

Opt out

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts from the school. A final confirmation may be sent. No more texts will be sent unless you reply START to text us again.

Help and support

Reply HELP for help. You may also text (516) 872-5425 or email hello@chungtkd.com. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, health information, or urgent safety information by SMS. In an emergency, call 911 and contact the school directly.

Delivery and carrier terms

Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or unavailable because of carrier, device, network, blocking, or service conditions. Supported carriers may change. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

The SMS Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, and Chung consent is not reused for another school or brand.

Changes and termination

The school may change or end the program. Material changes to the sender, messaging subject, or consent terms will not be treated as covered by a prior opt-in when new consent is required. The effective date on this page identifies the current terms.
